In 2015, Shivam Singh did something Gorakhpur had never seen — he opened a café. Not just any café, but the city's first premium organic café, Brewerz Cafe, with 150 meticulously designed seats and a health-forward menu that was years ahead of the regional curve. A young entrepreneur with a clear vision and zero precedent to follow.
Most entrepreneurs would have stopped there. Shivam accelerated. He brought Gorakhpur its first organized commercial nightclub — Cyclone — transforming the city's social fabric entirely. Then came Red Carpet Hotel & Banquets, a premium boutique hospitality complex that raised the benchmark for upscale gatherings in the region.
But this was never going to be a local story. With the domestic foundation firmly built, Shivam crossed borders — landing in Dubai, UAE with the same conviction. Brewerz Cafe Dubai opened at Andalusia Courtyard Mall as an ultra-premium Santorini open-sky lounge, quickly earning a 4.9/5 Google rating in one of the world's most competitive dining cities.

Today, the Wrappy Frappy portfolio spans two countries, six active ventures, a 15-year government concession, Dubai real estate investments, mass-scale cultural event production — and a farm-to-table organic agri-enterprise that connects the land to the table.
